Vu, I agree, I didn't know what to expect - frankly, I was scared to take Critical Thinking in the Philosophy Dept. because my last Philosophy class was very demanding and mind-bending. I can see this class as being equally demanding in a different way and I am glad to be here. I too, have a harder time w/group activities - I like the interactive approach even though it's a little uncomfortable. I will hope to have discussions at the different tables to get a variety of viewpoints and to get to know people a little bit - see you later...
